Craig is an astrologer, regression therapist and author from Liverpool, United Kingdom. His work is rooted in a lifelong fascination with consciousness, spirituality and the unseen dimensions of existence, but the path that led him there was neither simple nor straightforward.
Ever since childhood, Craig felt naturally curious about realities beyond the boundaries of ordinary perception. Nobody needed to convince him that ghosts, extraterrestrial life or unseen realms might exist. He describes having entered this life with a subtle remembrance of these realities—an instinctive feeling that existence was far larger, stranger and more mysterious than the physical world appeared to suggest.
He was fascinated by space, the stars and the possibility of life beyond Earth. He also possessed an active imagination and enjoyed writing short stories that allowed him to create worlds beyond the limitations of everyday life. Looking back, many of the passions that now define his work were already present during his childhood, even if he did not yet understand where they would eventually lead him.
During his teenage years, however, this natural sensitivity became buried beneath a far more difficult period of his life.
Craig began drinking alcohol at the age of twelve and was using hard drugs by fourteen. As he became involved with people and environments that were not healthy for him, the spiritual curiosity of his childhood gradually disappeared beneath the substances he used to numb himself.
Like many people who struggle with addiction, he was not simply pursuing pleasure. He was attempting to escape the pain, fear and instability he felt within an ever-changing world. The substances temporarily dulled those feelings, but they also disconnected him from the part of himself that had once sensed meaning, mystery and a deeper reality behind everyday life.
His passions for spirituality, creativity and the unseen realms were not destroyed, but they became deeply buried.
Everything changed in 2010.
Craig describes this turning point as being touched by the grace of God. The experience transformed his relationship with addiction so completely that it felt as though he had shifted into an entirely different version of his life—one in which the power the substances had previously held over him had suddenly disappeared.
The change felt immediate. He awoke the following morning with a clear thought in his mind:
I am going to discover God within myself.
Having been raised within a Catholic society, Craig had grown up surrounded by conventional images of God as a distant heavenly being who judged sinners, rewarded saints and existed somewhere beyond the material universe. Yet something within him had always questioned this understanding.
He began to recognise God not as a corporeal figure occupying some remote and antiseptic corner of the space-time continuum, but as the consciousness animating all life.
This realisation marked the beginning of his conscious spiritual journey.
A few months later, Craig underwent an intense inner experience that he would eventually understand as a kundalini awakening. At the time, he had no framework through which to interpret what was happening. He had not yet studied kundalini, yoga or Eastern mysticism, and only later discovered traditions that gave language to what he had experienced.
Approximately a year after his transformation, he began exploring the spiritual philosophies of India. He studied the Mahabharata and became deeply influenced by Krishna’s teachings in the Bhagavad Gita. These teachings expanded his understanding of consciousness, duty, devotion and the relationship between the individual self and the Divine.
Craig later discovered Paramahansa Yogananda, who became one of his most beloved spiritual teachers. Through Yogananda’s work, he encountered a vision of Christianity and yoga that did not need to exist in opposition to one another. Instead, they could be understood as different expressions of the same search for direct communion with God.
Craig has described recurring dreams involving Yogananda, as well as other spiritual figures including Mahavatar Babaji, Sri Yukteswar and Jesus Christ. He understands these dreams as meaningful encounters that have continued to guide, encourage and challenge him throughout his journey.
Since that period, Craig has considered himself to be walking the path of the yogi. His spiritual life has included meditation, contemplation, prayer, self-examination and an ongoing attempt to serve God through his work.
His practice has not always been perfectly consistent, nor does he present himself as someone who has completed the spiritual path. His journey has included contradictions, setbacks, questions and many unexpected turns.
For Craig, spirituality is not about pretending to have transcended the difficulties of being human. It is about becoming more conscious within them.
This understanding gradually shaped his work as an astrologer. The childhood fascination he once held for space and the stars evolved into a deep passion for astrology. What had once been an outward curiosity about the cosmos became an inward exploration of the relationship between the heavens, consciousness and the unfolding journey of the soul.
Rather than viewing astrology as a method of predicting a fixed destiny, Craig approaches the birth chart as a symbolic map of consciousness. It can reveal emotional patterns, inherited tendencies, unresolved experiences and the deeper evolutionary intentions influencing a person’s life.
Over time, he became particularly drawn to evolutionary astrology and its exploration of the soul’s development. His work examines how the past continues to influence the present while also considering the qualities a person may be called to cultivate as they grow.
A central theme running through Craig’s life and work is the possibility that human beings can become less controlled by unconscious conditioning. He believes that greater self-awareness can help people change their relationship with the past rather than remaining trapped within it.
This theme became central to his book, The Labyrinth: Rewiring the Nodes in the Maze of Your Mind. The book explores the psychological and spiritual patterns that can keep people moving through the same internal maze, often without realising that they are repeating familiar fears, beliefs and emotional responses.
Craig’s wider aspiration has always been to contribute, in whatever way he can, to the creation of a more coherent and compassionate society. He sees personal healing as inseparable from collective change. A society cannot become more peaceful, honest or compassionate without individuals becoming more conscious of the forces operating within themselves.
His creative work has also allowed another childhood passion to return in a new form.
The short stories Craig once wrote as a child are now developing into Blue Orca, a science-fiction and fantasy series through which he explores extraterrestrial life, spiritual evolution, human potential and the possibility of a much larger inhabited universe.
For Craig, Blue Orca represents more than a creative project. It is the continuation of an imaginative world that had always existed within him. The stories that once lived only in his childhood imagination are gradually becoming fully realised characters, planets, histories and adventures.
The series allows him to communicate ideas through storytelling rather than direct spiritual teaching. He hopes it can encourage readers to become more open to the possibility of life beyond Earth and contribute, in its own way, to humanity’s gradual preparation for disclosure.
Craig’s childhood interest in the paranormal and spiritual realms has also found expression through his Starseed work, astrology and hypnosis.
His Starseed work explores the relationship between the birth chart, spiritual identity, multidimensional consciousness and the possibility of connections extending beyond an ordinary human lifetime. Whether these ideas are approached spiritually, symbolically or experientially, Craig’s aim is to help people understand why they may have always felt different and how their unusual sensitivities can be integrated into a grounded human life.
More recently, Craig gained professional certification in regression therapy after being personally trained by Steve Burgess, a highly experienced and respected practitioner in the field. This training gave him another means of exploring the deeper emotional and subconscious patterns that influence human behaviour.
Craig now combines regression therapy with his astrological work, using the birth chart to identify significant emotional themes while using therapeutic methods to explore the experiences, memories and beliefs that may lie beneath them.
This combination reflects the wider direction of his journey. Astrology provides the symbolic map, while regression therapy allows a person to enter the inner landscape represented by that map.
In many ways, Craig feels that his life has now come full circle.
He lost his way during his teenage years, becoming disconnected from the qualities that had made him feel most alive as a child. Yet through grace, struggle and spiritual rediscovery, those original passions gradually returned at a higher level of expression.
His love of space and the stars became astrology.
His childhood stories became Blue Orca.
His fascination with the paranormal and spiritual realms became part of his Starseed work and regression therapy.
The aspects of himself that once seemed forgotten were never truly lost. They were waiting to be remembered, developed and expressed with greater awareness.
Through his work, Craig hopes to help others experience a similar return to themselves.
To come full circle does not mean returning to exactly who you once were. It means recovering the parts of yourself that became buried beneath pain, fear, conditioning and the expectations of the world, and then allowing those parts to mature into their fullest expression.
For Craig, healing is ultimately a movement towards wholeness. It is the process of bringing together the fragmented aspects of the self so that the person you were, the person you are and the person you are becoming are no longer experienced as separate beings.
This understanding lies behind the name Beyond Linearity, which Craig proudly chose for his website and the wider body of his work.
Beyond Linearity is a call to look beyond the idea that human beings are merely moving in a straight line from the past, through the present and towards the future. It is an invitation to discover the innate timelessness that exists within consciousness itself.
Craig believes that the past is not simply behind us and the future is not entirely separate from us. Both are encountered through the consciousness of the present moment. By changing how we relate to ourselves now, we can transform the meaning of what has happened and alter the direction in which our lives are moving.
At the heart of this philosophy is a simple realisation:
God is the Eternal Now.
The Divine is not merely a distant being waiting somewhere beyond the world. God is the living consciousness present within all existence—the still, timeless awareness beneath the changing circumstances of life.
Craig’s story is ultimately one of remembrance.
The spiritual awareness he felt as a child became buried beneath addiction, fear and disconnection, but it was never completely extinguished. In 2010, it resurfaced through an experience that redirected the course of his life.
Since then, his path has continued to evolve through yoga, astrology, mysticism, writing, fatherhood, regression therapy and creative expression. It has not followed a perfectly straight line, but perhaps that is the point.
Craig’s life and work are grounded in the belief that no person is limited to the identity created by their past. Consciousness can expand, deeply rooted patterns can change, and even the most difficult chapters of a person’s life can eventually become part of a larger story of meaning, service and transformation.
Sometimes the journey forward is also a journey home.
